We are thrilled to announce that CTF Education Group (CTFEG) proudly received the Caring Company Award 2022/23 from the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS)! Two outstanding colleagues, Kylie Ng and Edwina Leung, were also named Caring Ambassadors, in recognition of their contribution to and participation in community activities. Congratulations to them! CTFEG also received the Good MPF Employer Award 2021/22 from the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority earlier.
The Caring Company Awards were set up to commend and offer public recognition to business organisations that demonstrate good corporate citizenship. CTFEG was nominated by Hong Chi Association following a joint donation of HK$330,000 together with Victoria Educational Organisation and DSC International School via the “Share for Good” platform to Yan Chai Hospital to support Hong Chi Association which helped people with intellectual disabilities impacted by the pandemic. CTFEG also set up a booth in December 2022 supporting the Hong Chi Association sale of homemade cookies for charity.
CTFEG was also recognised for our high regard for workers’ quality of life – recognising staff as important assets; supporting staff in attending to family responsibilities; helping staff to achieve a healthy work-life balance; caring for staff’s wellbeing through provision of a nursing room in the office, flexible lunch hour and Caring Kits during the pandemic; and most importantly – maintaining team unity during the best and more challenging of times.
