News & EventsCTFEG Awarded “Best Payment and Collection Solution” by The Asset

Great news! CTF Education Group has been named The Asset Triple A Awards’ “Best Payment and Collection Solutions” in recognition of our highly successful application programming interface (API) powered payment and collection solution in collaboration with Hang Seng Bank (HSB).

The Asset has deemed the project: a “holistic solution for real-time collection and reconciliation via API connectivity”. Taking off in late 2022, the API project applied HSB’s solution with the e-direct debit authorisation (eDDA) function to “VEO Home”, the mobile App used by all parents at Victoria Educational Organisation (VEO). Through this new feature, VEO campuses can request payments from parents simply by setting up a reply slip on VEO Home. Electronic payment status and reports are updated in real time and easily accessible by our staff at the backend. With this new solution in place, the whole payment process has become paperless and seamless, significantly enhancing operational efficiency for both staff and parents.

“I wish to extend my heartfelt thanks to the teams at Hang Seng Bank and Bull.B Technology Limited for being our partners throughout the project,” said Mr. Tony Mok, Chief Technology Officer at CTF Education Group. “Without their professionalism and dedication, we would not have been able to develop the best solution to address VEO’s unique needs and turn challenges into successes.”
