In light of rapidly changing and challenging local circumstances, CTF Education Group held in November 2019 a special management leadership training workshop for senior management, school principals and the leadership teams of schools within the group and our school organisations.
The workshop served to further enhance and develop the leadership skills of management staff and also provided practical crisis management training.
The participants found the training workshop to be extremely constructive, calling it an excellent platform on which to share both experiences and management ideas.
